Dave Smith Wins BC Tour Championship at Indian Mountain Golf Course

May 18, 2025-  In a thrilling contest marked by tight scores and tense moments, Dave Smith emerged victorious in the latest Breakfast Club Tour Championship at Indian Mountain.

The match was closely contested, with six of the eight golfers finishing within striking distance. Dave played masterfully from start to finish, staying composed under pressure and delivering when it mattered most.

Chris DeNardo matched Dave’s score, but per tour rules, the returning champion retains the belt in the event of a tie—eliminating the need for a scorecard playoff.

 Reflecting on the round, Dave remarked, “We had a surprise guest on 17—a rattlesnake curled up just off the tee box. It definitely rattled a few players and cost swings in our group. I kept my distance, stayed focused, and managed to keep my nerves—and my lead—intact. That made all the difference.”
